3rd Financial/Administrative Session – Meeting Agenda

  • Work plan: state of implementation of the project activities.
  • New distribution of duties following the change to the partnership structure.
  • Financial officer report: state of the art of financial reporting procedures.
  • Project budget, state of expenditure and possible/required budget modifications.
  • Reports by the referent from each partner.

Reading, approval and signature of the minutes of the meeting.
Participants: Project Manager, Financial /Administrative Heads from each partner.

  • Introduction of the Committee members.
  • Illustration of the G.O.E.S. state of implementation.
  • Illustration of the state of the art concerning the procedure of replacement of the partner FCVRE by Marche Region in the dissemination and communication activity. Acknowledgement of the modified Partnership Agreement
  • Considerations on the state of the art concerning the technical implementation of the GOES work plan.

Reading, approval and signature of the minutes of the meeting.
Participants: representatives appointed by each partner as members of the Steering Committee or their delegates.

Technical Group – Session Agenda

Purpose: focusing the technical issues concerning the alert system that is being structured and the technical criticalities/solutions to apply to the systems in use in the different partners’ countries (Italy, Spain, Bulgaria).

  • Presentation of technical expertise of each institution and of the technological and organizational system with which the project will interrelate
  • Discussion on the technical activities developed/to be developed according to each partners’ role.
  • Planning the implementation of future technical activities to finalize the system and test it.
  • Technical check concerning the application of the new system to the systems actually used by the partners (compatibility).
  • Discussion focused on issues concerning the technical aspects of the alert system to be developed.

Each partner will introduce materials and slides showing the technical functioning of the actual systems and their technical evolution with the application of the new alert system.

Press conference

  • Journalists from the local newspapers and media will be invited.
  • Verification of the necessary technical applications and tools.

Participants: Political representatives from the Municipality of Sofia, Members of the GOES Steering Committee, Project Manager, Personnel Responsible for technical and administrative/financial implementation of the project.

A text will be handled to journalists to promote knowledge of the project and of the alert system which is being structured.
